The health centers will be located in low income housing areas (e.g. Slums, SRA buildings) acting as the first point of call for all health related matters for the community. The health center will offer the following services:

1. Doctor Consultation:
1. A primary care physician (PCP) will be available at the center for 8 hrs every day (900-1300 hrs and 1700-2100 hrs)
2. In addition, the following specialities - padeatrician, gynaecologist and MD Physician - will visit the center once in 2 weeks on pre-fixed dates and times. Others like general surgeon, Orthopaedist, opthalmologist, etc. will be tied up and visit on a need basis
3. The consultations will be available at market price to non-members and 50% discount to members
2. Diagnostics and tests:
1. Basic diagnostic tests through strips (e.g. Malaria, pregnancy, blood sugar level)
2. The center will tie up with nearby diagnostic centers for tests like X-Ray, Ultra Sound and act as a blood collection center for more advanced blood tests (e.g. Lipid profile)
3. The tests will be available at a discount of 30% at the center and at the tied-up labs
3. Treatment - Drugs, consummables and day care:
1. Primary-care and emergency-care medications and consummables will be available at the center
2. 3 beds will be available at the center to provide basic day care facility in case a patient needs to be provided with medication like IV fluids or kept under observation
3. The medications and consummables at the center will be available at 30% discount to the MRP
4. Tie up with select nursing homes/hospitals to provide quality secondary and tertiary care
4. Preventive - Promotive health:
1. The center will also spread knowledge and awareness about good healthy practices, e.g. Use of safe drinking water, reduction of stress for hypertension management
2. Low cost options for products which promote good health, hygeine and sanitation will be available at the center to improve access to these products, e.g. Chlorine tablets, sanitary napkins, iron tablets
