We provide a range of specialized services to our partners during design and implementation of Health management systems:
- Design System: We design self-sustaining and comprehensive health management systems as per the local requirements. This includes designing the processes and systems for both delivery of health services and the appropriate mechanism for financing and risk management. This involves conducting field research through multiple interactions with the community, the providers and the partner organisations. We work with insurance companies to design custom insurance products and also conducts actuarial analysis to design community based insurance health systems
- Provider management: We negotiate, tie up and manage a network of healthcare providers – doctors, labs, pharmacies, nursing homes and hospitals. This involves accreditation of the healthcare providers, negotiation with them on rates and SLAs, regular auditing of empanelled network, customer surveys / interviews of standards of service delivered, and designing control mechanisms for quality monitoring of the providers
- Health management: We work with community health workers (CHWs) to design, analyse and support implementation of disease prevention, health promotion and other basic health services which can be delivered by CHWs. This involves conducting basic surveys, doing analysis, designing interventions, training CHWs on implementation, ensuring implementation and impact of the intervention
- Health products supply chain: We identify and ensure access to low cost and high quality health products like prescription drugs, OTC drugs, hygiene enhancing (e.g. sanitary napkins,), family planning, disease prevention (e.g. water purification solutions) and health promotive products. This involves negotiating with the suppliers and tie up with intermediaries to ensure smooth supply of these products to the end consumers at the lowest possible cost
- Data Management and MIS activities: We provide and if required custom build IT systems for maintaining all information pertaining to the health-management system. This includes patient health records, community health related information, outpatient visits, claims management, base-line studies, quality monitoring and impact measurement.
